ICU Electrical Upgrade
LAST Contracting were successful in mobilising labour ahead of the planned start on site date. This enabled the programme to get off to a good start and the programme retained most of the planned float until the later stages of the project. This was appreciated by the clinical teams who were able to re-occupy the ward a week earlier during the busy winter period. The post project evaluation highlighted that LAST Contracting also works well in partnership with other trades.
